AC Maintenance
Basic AC Maintenance starting at $85 per visit. This includes a general system inspection, thermostat check, filter check, performance review & diagnostics.
Standard AC Maintenance starting at $140 per visit. This includes a complete inspection of electrical components, condenser condition, airflow, drain line, refrigerant performance and cooling operation.
Detailed AC service starting at $180 per visit. This is recommended for older systems, neglected units, hard to access equipment or systems showing cooling noises, drainage or airflow problems.
AC Repair & replacement
Basic Ac tune up + Minor HVAC Repair starting at $180 - $500+. This includes a Basic AC Maintenance plus small repairs such as replacing a capacitor, clearing drain issue, correcting loose wiring or addressing worn parts.
Moderate HVAC Repair starting at $400 - $1,500. This includes failing thermostat, failing low voltage transformer, failing low voltage wiring, fan motor replacement, blower motor replacement, condenser fan motor replacement, refrigerant leak detection and repair.
Major HVAC Repair staring $5,000 - $12,000
AC Installation
Need brand new Air ducts? Vents? AC unit? We got you covered! Our professional contractors have the experience to install all of them in a clean and time efficient manner. The cost for this service varies per the client needs.

He took his time, found the issues we had in our attic with missing insulation and a room that was completely blocked off with zero insulation. 3 other companies could not identify our issue of why it was extremely hot in the front of our home. He found it the first time he went into our attic. He is very clear, thorough and honest with what he found and took pictures to show us and explained it.
